Return / Cancel & Refund Policy

Cancellation: allows you to take decision cancelling an order, Should you wish to do so. However, We Sincerely Urge and Request You Abide by the following Cancellation Terms,

You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly stated – by sending an email to [email protected] Mention the reason for email and order number in the Subject Line of the email.

If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure cancelling it within two hours of placing the order.

If you cannot do so immediately, ensure raising the cancellation request before the order is moved for procurement.

In case, you have cancelled order within two hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement – you will be issued a refund within 7 days of the cancellation of the order.

Order once shipped from our warehouse CANNOT be cancelled, but if you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery, you can raise a Return request.

If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by either side.

Returns Policy

Policy: offers convenient, minimum questions asked Returns of delivered products, in case a customer finds a product/ its condition unsatisfactory, upon delivery. However, a considerable amount of logistical effort is spent in ensuring that a product reaches your doorstep. We sincerely urge you to confirm various aspects of a product and submit measurements with utmost care – at the time of shopping itself – so that minimal Returns scenarios arise. Nonetheless, if you wish to raise a Returns request, kindly follow the policy as below –

A customer must raise a return request within the two days of order delivery. You can raise a return request by sending an email to [email protected] – clearly stating your Order Number. Also mention the purpose of email and order number in the Subject Line of the Returns Email, attach the images and video during the unpacking time of parcel.

Return request will be approved if it is requested for a genuine reason. We can cancel your request if the product is the same as described in the listing.

Stitched Merchandise CANNOT is returned. This applies to both Custom and Standard Stitching. Same applies for all Made-to-Order outfit/s.

Harshita Creation Products cannot be returned if its blouse or petticoat has been stitched.

A Lehenga Choli cannot be returned, if its blouse/ choli or lehenga has been custom-stitched.

Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds are allowed on accessories.

We will not approve the return request for size fitting. You can custom the size according to yourself.


The Refund will be issued within seven days of receiving the product back – in good condition. Only the product price and Shipping Charges, which the customer paid while purchasing the product, shall be refunded. COD Fee will not be refunded.
